Eligibility:

The competition to win 12 x JNCK Bakery cookies and 8 x regular Boost Juice smoothies (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Sponsor:

The Giveaway is sponsored by JNCK Bakery located at Suite 2, Oak Green House, Stanley Green Business Park, Cheadle, United Kingdom (the “Sponsor”).

Entry Period:

The Giveaway begins on Friday 15^th September 2023 at 12:00 AM (GMT) and ends on Friday 13^th October 2023 at 11:59 PM (GMT) (the “Entry Period”).

How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Enter and submit their name and email address in the entry form on this website, and consent to the terms and conditions: https://jnckbakery.co.uk/boost-competition/
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.

Prize:

One (1) winner will receive 12 x free JNCK Bakery cookies and 8 regular Boost Juice smoothies for one month. The 12 x cookies will be sent by post to the winner’s address.

To receive the regular smoothies, the winner will need a Vibe app account. The points to the value of 8 regular smoothies will be added to the winners’ Vibe account. The winner must supply Boost with their Vibe account details via email after being contacted about the win.

The exact quantity and variety of cookies and juices will be determined by the Sponsor.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The winner will be selected by Friday 27^th October 2023, and the winner will be contacted via email to notify them of their win.

Claiming the Prize:

The winner must respond to the email within 48 hours to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Personal Information:

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to provide their personal information, including their name and contact details, to the Sponsor for the purpose of prize fulfillment and communication.

By consenting to receive marketing communications, you are agreeing to your name and email address being shared with both JNCK Bakery and Boost Juice for marketing purposes.

Publicity Release:

By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions:

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Disputes:

Any disputes arising from this Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
