How much does delivery cost?
Postage for a small pack (6 cookies or less) is £2.95 and for the large boxes (20 and over) it’s £4.95. Multiple cases to one address is calculated at checkout prior to payment so you can always see what the final charge will be. We try to keep postage rates as low as possible.
It was delivered when I wasn’t in, what do I do?
As this is fresh product please make sure you are in to receive delivery or you have a safe place nominated for your delivery. Your order will be left in a safe place as we do not accept returns. We also do not repost out items.
Do you accept orders outside of UK Mainland?
No, you can only order from UK Mainland – England, Scotland and Wales only.
My order hasn’t turned up, what do I do?

How long will my order take to arrive
Once shipped, your order should be with you in 2-3 working days. Sometimes our couriers may encounter issues along the way, but if there are any issues we will let you know as they come up!

Can I return my order for a refund?

We don’t offer this service currently but as we grow we’ll always be looking to enhance the service

How long will my cookies keep?
They will keep as long as the best before date, which you can find on the box we deliver your products in. As a guide it should be at least 45 days from the delivery date
Where shall I store my cookies?
Keep them in the cupboard as you would normal cookies. You can also store them in your fridge. Do not freeze as this will affect the quality.
Where can I find the nutritional and allergen information?
Please check the product pages on our website, or the back of pack.
Do you use palm oil in your products?
Unlike almost every other bakery product, we are committed to never using palm oil in any of our products due to the harm it causes to the environment and to people.
What sweeteners do you use in your products?
We use a balance of sweeteners, such as sweetcorn fibres, maltitol and sucralose, for the perfect taste of sweetness. They are commonly used in many products and help make our cookies taste as good as they do, whilst removing the sugar that we know contributes to poor health. We don’t just take the sugar out of our products, we also add in extra benefits like protein and fibre.
Do you use artificial colours, flavours or preservatives?
No, we don’t. We avoid artificial ingredients where they do not provide a clear benefit.
Is JNCK Bakery gluten free?
All of our products contain gluten
Is JNCK Bakery vegan?
Our products are vegetarian but do contain milk, so are not suitable for vegans.
Is JNCK Bakery halal?
Yes our products can be eaten by those with a halal diet
